Generally, the BTech BME entrance exams are considered moderately challenging, requiring a strong hold on the PCMB subjects. The exam committee also sets the question paper based on previous-year exam statistics, student feedback, and results. To make sure you get excellent marks on the entrance test and secure a seat at a good college, you must cover all the important exam topics and practice previous year's question papers.

There are more than 55 BTech Biomedical Engineering colleges in India that accept the JEE Main exam scores for admission to the course. You must have at least 50 to 60% marks in the PCM/PCB subjects in Class 12th and get excellent marks in the entrance exam to grab a seat at a top college. Since there is cutthroat competition for the course, you should start your entrance exam preparation as early as possible to cover the maximum syllabus and revise thoroughly.
