Given below is the basic list of important documents that you must keep handy during the BTech Mechanical Engineering admission procedure:
- Class 12th mark sheet with at least 50 to 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects. (75% in the case of IITs)
- Entrance exam scorecard (if applicable)
- Class 10th mark sheet
- A valid ID proof like Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, etc.
- Transfer and character certificates, if required.
- Recent passport-size photographs
The requirements can vary from one college to another. Some institutes may also ask for other documents for which you can read the admission guidelines mentioned on the college website

The subjects included in the first semester of BTech courses or any other courses, the university/ college provides the basic theoretical understanding of the course with a little practical fusion. The names of the subjects included in the first semester of the DSU Junagadh BTech course are as follows:

SRM IST offers BTech as a 4 year UG level programme. The Institute offers BTech in various specialisations such as Civil Engineering, CSE, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering etc. SRM University BTech admission is subject to a valid score obtained by the students in Class 12 and SRMJEEE (conducted by the deemed-to-be university). Therefore, it is optional for the candidates to appear for JEE Main. However, candidates must appear for SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam (SRMJEEE).

Yes, Dr. Subhash Univesity does offer internships to BTech courses. The university guides the proper path of an internships, that provides a special way for students and recent graduates to obtain practical experience in the fields that interest them. However, the university does not mentioned any specific tenure/ duration for internship in the DSU Junagadh BTech curriculum.

The student who has qualified for a Class 12 or equivalent examination in Science stream from a recognised board or body is eligible for admission to the BTech programme at Dr. Subhash University. Check out the detailed admission process below:

Attaching the relevant documents in the application form is the crucial step before paying the application fee. Candidates have to submit the following documents with their Dr. Subhash University BTech application:
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Class 12 mark sheet
- Leaving Certificate
- Two passport size photographs
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable)

However, the university has provided information on the issue of the application form, admission confirmation, and release of the merit list for the academic year 2024. The commencement date of the BTech new session (2025) at Dr. Subhash University, has not been released by the university yet. However, according to the information available on the official website of the university. The merit list for admission to BTech batch 2024 was released on September 15, 2024, and the classes commenced after that. Hence, for this academic year. The dates are expected to be similar from the previous one.
