I think you are asking for the University offering BTech CSE program. In India there are some universities offering BTech CSE programme and has the best curriculum and infrastructure.

The NITs are most prestigious engineering college after the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). Yes, as per an official document, the University of Rajasthan does provide a refund in case a student wishes to cancel the admission. However, the refund is subject to rules of refund policy framed by the university. Check out the below-mentioned details to know the amount of the refund:
1. In case the seat left vacant due to the student's withdrawal cannot be filled, then no refund is provided.
2. In case admissions to a course are made more than the capacity of seats approves and, as a result of students' withdrawal, occupied seats do not fall short of the approved capacity, then the fee is refunded as per the following UGC norms:
