Both UNIRAJ and Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University are good options to pursue MTech. However, in terms of affordability, Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University is more affordable since the tuition fees to pursue M.Tech at UNIRAJ range from INR 1.7 Lacs to INR 4.8 lakh, and the tuition fee to pursue M.Tech at Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University is INR 1.6 lakh.

To know which is a better choice, students must weigh both options based on important factors such as fees and placement stats. As per official sources, the fees to pursue MTech at UNIRAJ range from INR 1.7 Lacs to INR 4.8 Lacs and M.Tech from Kota University-UOK is INR 90,000. In terms of fees, Kota University is a better choice.
Moreover, as per placement information present on Shiksha, the median package offered to M.Tech students at UNIRAJ and Kota University-UOK are INR 6.36 LPA and INR 4.57 LPA, respectively. In terms of package, M.Tech from UNIRAJ is a better choice.

Yes, after completing the UNIRAJ M.Tech programme, students are eligible for various jobs in the public sector. The role and responsibilities may differ based on choice of specialisation. Here's the list of some of the important documents you must keep ready with you for admission to Mining Engineering courses in India:
- Class 12th mark sheet with at least 50 to 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects.
- Class 10th mark sheet (if applying for Diploma courses or otherwise).
- A valid ID proof like Adhaar, Passport, PAN Card, etc.

It differs on the basis of the institution offering the course. Every college and university has their own admission procedure that they follow for admitting students to Mining Engineering courses at various levels. The time involved in the entire admission procedure may take a few weeks to a few months. The answer is in the affirmative. Generally, after the declaration of the entrance exam results, you need to apply online for the counselling process of the colleges you're targeting. Do upload all the important documents and submit the counselling fee. Then, you will get a confirmation mail from the colleges' end after your documents are verified, which happens mostly within 24 hours.

To secure admission to Mining Engineering courses at some of the best colleges in India, you must meet the minimum eligibility requirements. For UG-level courses, you must secure at least 50 to 60% marks in Class 12 in the PCM subjects. For reserved category candidates, the marks eligibility requirement is usually relaxed by 5%. As per the feedback from students who appeared in the exam and subject experts from coaching institutes, the overall difficulty level of exam was easy to moderate. Among the three sections, Chemistry was the easiest, followed by Physics, while Mathematics was slightly more challenging due to its length and calculation-intensive nature. The distribution of questions across topics was uneven, with some units receiving more prominence than others.

It is not compulsory for you to give an entrance exam for admission to BTech Mining Engineering course. Several reputed colleges and universities in India also admit students on the basis of the marks secured by them in Class 12 board exams. They usually take further assessment rounds like PI and GD in such cases.
You can work hard for your board examination, score excellent marks, and apply to Mining Engineering colleges that offer merit-based admissions. You must check out for such colleges well in advance and then prepare accordingly.
