Yes, Bharati Vidyapeeth University has a placement cell support for BTech courses. There is a dedicated department, namely T&P, which extends all types of help in inviting the industries and arranging campus placements for the students. Candidates get help from this cell to secure decent job.

How hard exam is depends on you. If you study hard and cover all topics it will be easy. If you do not prepare it will feel very difficult.
Also, exam creators change difficulty based on a few things. They look at student feedback from last year, how many people are taking test and highest scores. All of this can make test easier or harder each year.

You might have a little chance depending on your caste category and your CET ranking will be a important one to see which college you will get and the private colleges will be a good choice for you.
Since you have only 45% in PCM you have a very little chance of getting a top or good college but you got to try in management Quota and some private colleges which have their own exam.
