Anna University may consider changing the TANCET exam mode from offline to online. Since the exam has fewer audience as compared to other competitive exams, offline exam becomes easy to manage. Candidates prefer an online exam over the offline OMR based exam. The decision with the change in the exam mode shall lie with the conducting body.

VIT-AP University's integrated M.Tech programme is subject to a valid score on the last qualifying exam. As per the University admission guidelines, admission is based on Class 12 marks, with no entrance exam required. Eligible candidates can apply directly on the official website of VIT-AP. For VIT-AP University M.Tech admission, candidates can follow the below steps:
- Candidates must first have a valid qualification, i.e., a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE from a recognised University/Institute with a minimum aggregate of 60% or first class.

As per the official website of VIT-AP University, the admission dates for the integrated M.Tech dates are out now for the 2026 admission. The integrated M.Tech admission dates were out in February, and the last date to apply is May. Further, the Result & Choice preference will be held from June.

Both colleges are good for civil engineering but Government engineering College, Rajkot is considered best for civil engineering because this college has good placements and other facilities. GEC Rajkot has strong placement records with companies like L&T offering high salary packages so GEC Rajkot is better option for civil engineering whatever both gec gandhinagar or gec Rajkot are good engineering Colleges in Gujrat .
