St. Peter's Engineering College has a team of highly qualified and experienced faculty members, with a student-faculty ratio of 15:1. The college currently employs 250 faculty members; 150 of them have a Ph.D., and 100 of them have M.Tech. The faculty members cover the teaching experience of around 10-15 years out of which the industry teaching experience is of about 20 years maximum. As of now, the college also has 20 outside faculty members recruited from IITs and NITs etc. The faculty members have many research interests and the institution has produced over 500 research papers in various journals and conferences over a period of five years.
