For a rank above 64,000, consider exploring options like IIITs (other than the top ones), NITs (especially those with good CSE/AIML programs), and some well-regarded private institutions.

Yes, you can get NITs which have lower cutoffs but it would be very difficult to get admission in Top NITs and IIITs, as you belong to SC category so there may be chance you'll get an IIIT with less demanding and popular specialisation like Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. With 70 percentile you can get NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Durgapur, NIT Mizoram, Sikkim, Nagaland. Although there are Government Funded Technology Institutes GFTI which offers admission at low percentiles.
