With a 97.119 percentile in JEE Mains for the General category, you can expect to get admission into NITs like NIT Agartala, NIT Manipur, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Goa, NIT Nagaland, and NIT Warangal. You might also be able to get into some IIITs and other government-funded technical institutes (GFTIs). Specifically, at NIT Agartala, you could potentially get into Civil Engineering. The specific branch and college will depend on the specific cutoff trends for each institution and branch.

Okay, so if you finished your 12th boards in 2024 but didn't take JEE Advanced that year, your first real attempt is 2025. You're what we call a “dropper, ” and that's totally normal. When you apply, make sure you mark 2025 as your first attempt year. No cap—it matters for eligibility. So don't mess it up on the form, or you'll be in an unnecessary soup.

With a 30000 rank in WB you are unlikely to secure admission to the Computer Science and Engineering branch at techno main Salt Lake campus through the counselling process as previous cutoffs for CSE in this specific campus are significantly lower around 4K to 8k however Techno India University which is different from the salt lake campus or the Techno India New Town campus might have CSC cut off in the range of 15 k-30 k or even up to 20 K to 30K respectively making it a possibility at other Techno India institution

With a JEE Main 2nd paper EWS category rank of 90354 it is highly unlikely that you will get admission in NIT Agartala for chemical engineering as the closing ranks for the EWS category in recent year for chemical engineering are significantly lower for example in 2025 the EWS category closing rank for chemical engineering in NIT Agartala was around 53344 based on one source and for the general AI category in 2025 the closing ranks were between 20541 and 58197

It is highly unlikely that a state level common entrance test and JEE advanced exam would take place on the same day because JEE advanced is a national Level Examination typically conducted on a specific date while CET Exam are state specific and their dates vary while JEE advanced itself consist of two paper conducted on the same day the schedule of a state level CET is independent of national exam like advance JEE advanced though there might be instance of overlap or close proximity in scheduling

To get admission through KEAM (CET), you need to get qualifying marks 240/600 (General category). It's a good idea to target 550+ marks for better chances in top engineering colleges. Usually students at 550+ marks obtain a rank less than 5,000. Higher marks certainly improve your chances of placing your fav branches and colleges during KEAM counselling.

If your JEE Main CRL is 11,71,873 and SC rank is 1,08,482, then sorry—but BIT Sindri is out of reach. Their SC cutoffs for BTech usually close way earlier, like somewhere between 3k–5L depending on the branch. So unless you're into miracles, it's best to explore other private or state colleges where your rank still holds value.
