NCL is issued for the individual of OBC categories whose annual income falls below 8 Lacs and whose parents do not hold certain high ranking government position. So there are no specific types of NCL certificates. Any OBC meeting the above criteria can be eligible for NCL certificate.

IIT Bombay MTech hostel fee ranges from Rs 1.39 Lacs to Rs 4.15 lakh. The fee amount may include the mess charges as well. Students opting for accommodation facility have to pay the hostel charges. IIT Bombay M.Tech tuition fee ranges from INR 2.71 lakh for most of the course specialisations. The course fee is higher for the integrated M.Tech programmes. You can use the CGPA to percentage formula to convert CGPA into percentage. The CGPA to percentage conversion formula is:
CGPA = (Percentage ÷ 9.5)
Let us understand the application of the CGPA to percentage formula by using an example. For example, if your percentage is 76.5, your CGPA would be:
CGPA = 76.5 ÷ 9.5 = 8.05263.
You can round it upto two decimal places for convinience. Hence, your CGPA comes out to be 8.
