UPES - fees of whooping 19 lacs and an average of 5.5, hahaha. JIIT-10 lacs fees, 9 lacs average, both are below BITS, NITs, and IITs.

Yes indeed. You can do Diploma in engineering in the Aeronautical branch after class 10th. Else, you can do your 12th and then seek admission in engineering college in your desired branch following due procedure.
