Hello Senthikumar, private engineering colleges do offer scholarship to students. But perhaps it's part of their efforts to look good in the eyes of people. They do have a screening process and if it's different for different colleges. There is no uniformity. On the hand, scholarships offered by government are applicable to all government colleges and their screening process is uniform. However you will need to find this out from the brochure of your intended college. Best wishes to you.

Dear Sanjith, You should have a minimum of 85 percentile in the JEE Mains exam to get a seat in LPU for the engineering programme. However, if you haven't got such percentile, then you may appear for the LPU NEST exam conducted by LPU to get admission. I am an alumnus of LPU and completed my studies at LPU in 2019. LPU offers B.Tech in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from LPU itself. Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microso
