cutoff for OBC NCL was about 72 percentile last year. Meaning, those below this percentile could neither appear for JEE Advanced nor take part in admission process of NIT or other CFTI. I would like to advise you to download the college predictors for JEE Mains examination available on the net. By filling different values of percentile and your category, you can guess as to what percentile is required for getting admission in CSE in SVNIT. Best wishes to you.

Candidates having at least 90.3765335 percentile will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. For EWS students the cut-off is 70.2435518, for OBC it is 72.8887969, SC - 50.1760245, ST - 39.0696101, PwD - 0.06185224
This year with four attempts allowed, general expectations are increase in cutoff across board. In view of this I would strongly advise you to appear for fourth attempt to improve on your percentile. Best
