The colleges can be compared on different parameters and the ranking will differ as per the weight age given to each of the parameters. Hello Wasim, many students like you who have completed their Diploma and are now working in some company are desirous of doing their graduation by way of distance education in the field of engineering. I am afraid that such fish is not possible presently. UGC has prohibited all universities from offering any professional course by way of distance education and as a result no university can offer such a course.
