Hello Chandu, normally when we talk of lateral entry ii means that the student has passed Diploma in engineering and is seeking admission directly into second year of four year engineering degree course. As per your statement you are already studying in first year and as a result the rules of lateral admission will not be applicable to you. What you are seeking is transfer from one engineering College to another. Yes this is possible theoretically. For this you need to approach the administrative staff of your college to seek their guidance since they will be knowing different forms that you may have to fill up for taking up transfer to some other college. Well I don't have idea about Bharath University, If you are looking for best university for Automobile course, I would say Lovely professional University is best University to pursue this course. Being alumni, I would essay, LPU is good for automobile engineering. Good placements in core company as well as software company. Other than participating different events like go kart, project expo, entertainment events like one India, one world etc. Practical based learning and valuable guest lecturers also. LPU provides a lot of opportunities to each and every of the eligible students for good placement. LPU rated as 11th Best in India from Zee News Survey in Placements. They give you a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements.
