For seeking admission in this branch is exactly the same as seeking admission in any other branch of engineering. I mean you need to have similar state of eligibility is fulfilled before you can attempt getting admission. The subjects that will be taught in this engineering is well known and is available in detail in the respective website of the universities you can download it comfortably and go through it. Best wishes to you.

I feel that even though you do not have mathematics in your board examination you can still go for software courses. You need to approach your intended college for further detailed information about fees brochure etc. Best wishes to you.

Hello this Velu, yes of course. All private institutions and deemed to be universities invariably have what is called as management quota. This is not available in government run institutions or government aided private colleges. Unfortunately there is no clear cut information as to the fees charged by colleges for granting admission under management quota. You will need to approach your intended college directly and seek information about this aspect. Best wishes to you.
