For IFS, you need to clear UPSC IAS exam. Your educational background does not matter for selection in IFS. People getting high rank who prefer IFS can easily get IFS cadre. You can choose biotechnology. Hyderabad University, government. City college, Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT). These are few notable colleges for B.Tech biotechnology.
