Hello Nagarajan, It is very easy to crack competitive exams until 1. you are confident and follow a proper day schedule that includes schedule of study, sleep, eat, exercise etc. For the productive study, it is very important to do exercise daily that keeps your mind sharp. Proper diet is another important factor to keep you healthy that will help to focuses on study better.
2. Besides all these factors, to crack a particular entrance exam you must have the basic knowledge of all the topics related to your exams.
3. You must try to solve all the previous year papers. It really helps a lot.

The basic eligibility criteria of NEET UG is given below.

Eligibility: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics Chemistry Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognised board. Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.

NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects

  1. General - 50%,
  2. OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
  3. PWD - 45% 

So 12th with PCB is must for NEET UG and if you have passed than can be eligible only.
