Yes, you can get admission here in B.Arch course. As per the information available on VGU website the University offers the following scholarship schemes as under.
1. Merit based scholarship : This scholarship is only for 1st year of the undergraduate programme, except B.Com (ACCA/ Entrepreneurship). The Scholarship will be given only on academic fee. Caution Money, registration fee or any other charges, will be extra. For 2nd year of study and onward, the scholarship will continue only if the student maintains the entry level percentage without any back. In case the student scores less than the entry level/ previous year without back, he/she would slide to the respective lower slab scholarship.
2. Alumni Based Scholarship : This scholarship is based on performance on 12th in PCM subjects. The scholarship is only for 1st year of the undergraduate programme, except B.Com (ACCA/ Entrepreneurship). The Scholarship will be given only on academic fee. Generally the cutoff ranks in Chemical engineering goes very low in top engineering colleges like IITs, NITs, GFTIs etc. So most of the students are hesitating in opting the chemical engineering branch. The average starting salary is generally between 3-5 Lacs Rupees per year. Graduates may bag following roles in the above mentioned sectors as Plant Managers, Production Engineer, Purchase and Quality Control Executive, Safety Management Officer, Chemical Engineer and
Plant Designer etc.

1. Computer Science/ Information technology : A graduate level engineering programme like B.Tech in the field of computer Science and information technology can engineers develop technical skills required to handle computer hardware and software research, development and manufacturing process.

Hi Pankaj, Eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Horticulture is that candidate must be pass with 60% aggregate marks in B.Sc. (Agriculture) or B.Sc. (Agriculture) (Hons. ). Or B.Sc. (Horticulture) or B.Sc. (Biotechnology) (Hons. ). (4 years) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. I am afraid that you won't be able to change your stream and you may not be able to take admission in M.Sc. Horticulture. However, LPU is a first private University to get ICAR approval: Under the aegis of ICAR, LPU offers three programs in horticulture at PG level. These are:
