The fees is set at 1,500 per semester therefore coming to 3,000 per year (~US$3,440). Students obtaining a second degree will pay a reduced rate of 650 per semester, or 1,300 per year (~US$1,500). Yes, it is good. Diploma programs are known to be job oriented courses. After 10th, Indian students are eligible to pursue many Diploma courses. In year 2019, the closing ranks in NIT Patna in Mechanical for OBCs (NCL) was 8268 in 7th round. While in special round, this was 33753. Hence you have to score above 95 percentile.
