No, you will not be eligible to give JEE advance exam in 2022 but you will be eligible to give JEE Mains exam. You can give consecutive 2 attempts of JEE advance i.e. in 2020 & 2021.

Most of the colleges accept JEE Mains score. Therefore, if you want to join any private institute then just ensure that it accepts JEE score. Even if it doesn't, it's better to appear for this test to be on the safe side.

Most of the top colleges take students based on Merit in the respective entrance test. If you want direct admission then you can't get it in top tier colleges.
