It is good that you have another activity apart from academics. Its an advantage, as you can explore yourself in college and you will stand away from crowd! So, yes you can pursue your engineering along with your passion. It is the matter of time management. My suggestion is whenever you are in class focus on the lectures so that it will become easy for you during exams. There is one university name quantam university, Roorkee which has courses in arts.
