Hi,
Yes, you can study law. You are eligible for 3year law, but it is not a part-time course. You can take admission in a university where attendance is not an issue to suit your needs.

Some college may provide such facility, but in Engineering if you select non attending, then it will harm you at the time of placement, because attending classes provides a practical knowledge.

Yes, you can select that, but I will suggest you to go for lateral entry. After B.Tech degree you can do it as integrated class, and with that you can also do any job.

As per past record, each and every year the cutoff marks is getting less. So, this year also I this the cutoff marks will be same as year 2109, or also it may be few marks less.

Many government college provides such chance. But, LLB is also a graduation level means after LLB, you will have two graduation level degree. You will get more options to select your job. Also, LLB provides a professional job.
