Hello,Candidates who are applying for JEE Main Exam for the first time may face problems while filling the form, like you are facing. So, it is better to check the complete procedure to fill the online application form. The online application can be divided into three main stages as given below:
Stage One: Filling JEE Main Online Application Form. Stage Two: Uploading Photo and Signature in IIT JEE Mains 2020 Form. Stage Three: Making Online JEE Main 2020 Registration Fee Payment. So, follow these three stages and get yourself registered for the exam. Best of Luck.

If you'll start early, it'll be beneficial for you only. Begin from your 1st semester, as professors will already be teaching you the basics of programming. So, it's better to start off with them, so you can clear your doubts and queries with them on timely basis and it'll not clutter up. Almost every other college teaches C as the first language, so it's better to begin with C. In this way, you'll also stay up-to-date with your syllabus and course's curriculum. I am afraid, I have not understood your query. Yes, there are many exams that you can give after completion of your Diploma but then on the other hand for giving many other exams graduation is required. You would also find this information on the eligibility criteria of the exam that you intend to give. Best wishes to you.

As far as I know, you cannot do so as per AICTE rule. If anyone offers you B.Tech through correspondence that means your degree will be valid. So please be careful about your career. You can also visit my YouTube page I have a video on engineering (civil), you should watch that.
