Because you have not obtained the minimum qualifying marks so, the admission in M.Tech is not possible. It would be better to reappear in GATE exam with preparation or you can give private university's entrance exams like VITMEE, LPU NEST, SRMJEEE (PG) and CUSAT, etc. for M.Tech programmes.

Yes, you can get it. The CS-GATE score above 400 is good enough for MSRIT.

Admission to the PGP(M.Tech) at JNTUH shall be made either on the basis of - the Rank/ Percentile earned by the student in the relevant qualifying GATE Examination / the Merit Rank obtained by the qualifying student at an Entrance Test conducted by the Telangana State Government (PGECET)/ An Entrance Test conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad / on the basis of any other order of merit approved by the University, subject to reservations as prescribed by the Government from time to time.

Hello Riyaz,
Most of the aspirants are in the dilemma, whether they will get a seat or not. How much paper they should attempt? How to judge whether the paper is tough or not and so many other similar questions. What I have been telling all my students is a simple mantra. Think as if you have to attempt any one of the two consecutive questions. That means you need to attempt around 50% of the paper. Even if you can get around 40 % overall marks you should be able to score around 2500 rank which is a very decent rank for someone who is not sure whether he will get a seat or not. Hello Satadal,
If you look from another angle, merely percentile will not help much once NTA declared the ranking and that too, ranking for each category. This will roughly tell you the chances of success for you to get CSE as a subject in one of the NIT. However, to help you I am attaching a link that can predict the college a for you based on your percentile. I would advise you to please appear for the examination that is going to be conducted in the month of April with the aim of improving on your percentile.
