Hi, all companies only consider graduation marks. Your class 12th marks is not asked anywhere, except you ate applying for foreign graduation. All companies only see your skills and GPA you scored in your engineering.

See branch also matters, all things don't depend on College rankings. If one College has a higher ranking then you can not blindly choose any branch. First of all go with your interest, in which field you are interested, then choose other things.
