Hello,
All the branches are best, but it is depends upon your interest every branch has its own scope. If you are interested in computer field then go for case/it. For electronic go for EC/ex for mechanical for physics.

Hello,
It may be that you will have to leave your job, because for electrical engineering evening courses are not available and neither are distance courses. I would still suggest you to visit IGNOU website and see CCSU because attendance is not compulsory here, so you could manage with your job.

Hi,
Of course you can study M.Sc in computer Science. A lot many students do pursue this course. You have to give TOEFL/IELTS exam and prepare a very good cv/resume for the top universities like Oxford, Cambridge, Princeton etc. Other universities may take admission thorough an entrance exam. GL Bajaj College of Engineering is better than IEC in terms of placement and faculty. You should therefore choose GL Bajaj College of Engineering.
