It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in aeronautical engineering branch after completion of your Diploma. There are different methods adopted by different states. Some give admission based on the marks obtained in Diploma exam while others give admission based on the entrance exam for lateral admission. You need to check this for your state and follow the procedure.

Of course, you can get admission in aeronautical engineering branch in Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. This is, of course, provided you pass the eligibility criteria. At this percentile, you can apply for bharati Vidyapeeth or any others Pune engineering colleges. Because Pune is best for Studies and most number of colleges in india and because of IT sector many companies are easily available for placement.
