JEE Advanced 2019 result has already been declared. Check out the JEE Advanced 2019: Result Highlights:
1. Total number of qualified boys: 33349
2. Total number of qualified girls: 5356
3. Total number of qualified general (GE) candidates: 15566
4. Total number of qualified general (GEN-EWS) candidates: 3636
5. Total number of qualified OBC-NCL candidates: 7651
6. Total number of qualified SC candidates: 8758
7. Total number of qualified ST candidates: 3094

Yes, it is a good choice to pursue B.Tech in mechanical and MBA from Triple IT, it give you many companies for B.Tech and for MBA together.

Authorities have released the name of Top 5 candidates from each IIT Zone. Coming to the starts of the day JEE Advanced Rank List:

There are very low chances of your admission in these colleges because your rank is not good. You will get a NIT or good college if you belong to a SC, ST category. Please try JoSAA app on play store, and use it's college cutoff and college predictions.
