It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing one year course after completion of your graduation. However courses of this duration are very less. I would rather advise you to take up courses in the subject that fascinates you. It could be 3/6 months duration also. However to help you I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different courses offered by MSU. http://www.msubaroda.ac.in/
Best wishes to you.

Now-a-days, it is difficult to get Gudlavalleru Engineering College with 43000 rank, that too CSE. But, if you wait till last phase seat allotment, there are 90% chances of getting GEC, CSE branch. Why because my friend got MECH branch in GEC with 55000 in 2016. So, you'll get CSE there only if you wait till 3rd phase or 2nd phase seat allotment.

I always believe follow the interest. Marks are just the number which may give some happiness today but our interest on subject makes it to land a better package / job in future. You need to have interest in it. Don't choose CSE just because it is having a trend. No branch is bad, all branches are good and can offer you a good package in future depending on your skills. May be in starting you may get low salary but with time your salary will surely increase. For a data, I want to tell you that today most of the CSE engineers are working in customer call center. So, follow your interest.
