You can go for the exams conducted by BARC and ISRO which are usually conducted after the GATE exam.

No, you cannot participate in the GATE counselling. You need to be in the last year of B.Tech or have completed B.Tech to participate in GATE counselling.

Sorry, it may be difficult that you get seat in mallareddy engineering College, because it's a top college in TS, to get admission there, you should secure a good rank, your rank is too high. so, is difficult to get admission there

Hi Chaitanya,
Yes, there are 90% chances that you will get Gayatri Vidya Parishad College in the first phase, in the second phase of allotment, you'll definitely get admission there.
The fee structure is INR 88000/ year for both convenor quota and category B seats.

Yes, you can get one of the top colleges, but in the first phase of allotment, it's easy that you get mechanical in top colleges if you try till the last phase, there are chances of getting CSE.

Yes you will get into engineering. But when, it depends on your caste. Fees is also dependent on whether you are minority ,backward class or SC/ST. SC/ST has fees around 4000. Backward and minority have almost the same fees of 50000-60000 and open has around a fees of 100000 per year. Remember these are tentative numbers may vary from region and college.
