There are less chances for you to get CSE in Category 1 or 2. You might either get it in category 4 or 5.

Both are good, If you want to just go with B.Tech then you can take B.Tech CSE. Or if you want both UG and Master degree then go with M.Tech Integrated. Both are excellent in terms of placements.
