Yes, you can get admission to IIIT Bangalore BTech programme without a JEE Main score. Admission is possible through other accepted channels, such as clearing the KCET entrance exam. No, you cannot join the BTech programme at VIT without meeting the minimum eligibility criteria. For admission, VIT requires candidates to have completed Class 12 (CBSE or equivalent) with at least 75% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). Falling below this threshold disqualifies candidates from direct admission, so scoring less than 75% in PCM will make you ineligible.

Columbia University does not set any minimum eligible scores for international students who want to join the MS programs. But, it is needed for the students to make sure to score above 320 on the GRE and over 700 on GMAT for successful admission.
