Hello,These days getting admission in an engineering college without some or the other entrance test is Utopia. Exception is perhaps Tamil Nadu. However, you can try your luck under management quota seats in some private college in Hyderabad though fees would be exorbitant. Best wishes to you.

A student can seek lateral admission even in the year in which he/she is appearing for final diploma exam. There is no other restriction on admission.
