Your rank appears to be reasonably good. I feel that you should get admission in your desired college. However, to help you I am attaching a link that will predict college for you based on your performance in KCET.

Getting admission in IIT is a dynamic process. If there are enough candidates of a particular category above announced cutoffs then admission is easier. Last year there were not enough candidates in some categories meaning all who scored above cutoff got admission? Just wait for few days for the announcement of cutoff of JEE Advanced. Best wishes to you.

You have not mentioned anything about which state which college etc. However, speaking in general, from this year onwards, JEE Mains score in percentile will be used or the ranking will be used by different entities for deciding merit list and then the admission. Best wishes.

To be frank, it would be difficult for you to get Computer Engineering in VIT-Pune with this score. Still, you can apply and wait till the last round results are announced.
I hope this helps.
All the Best.
