In order to pursue engineering from a good college, you must have 75% in class 12th. However, aeronautical engineering and computer science are both different fields. You cannot compare both these two on the same scales. For example, both these two field offers different syllabuses, different career opportunities, different industries, different pay package, and of course different career prospects. Hence, try to stick at one field. You first need to identify your real interest, if it is aerospace or computer applications or any other sector, then come up for a comparison.
