According to my knowledge, their placement is 80-85 percentage and their average package goes to 3-4 LPA. If you perform well then you can get admission. Good luck.

According to my knowledge, you will get admission on the basis of JEE Mains score. There is no good university provide admission on the basis of class 12th. Good luck.

The only difference that matters is this:
"The B.Tech course is somewhat more practically intensive than the BE course which is more theoretical"
The difference (which is quite minor) between the two degrees can be understood from their names itself, Engineering vs. Technology.

If you have really good score in any of the entrance tests like JEE Mains and got a gold rank, then you can get admission in government colleges. Each college has its own cutoff which depends on which college you are going to apply.
