You cannot get in CSE in this college with your percentile, as it is the most demanding course you cannot get admission in this course. So, try for any other course in the same college.

The maximum rank should have 18K in JEE Advanced. The cutoff rank is increasing every year and you must have less than 15000 rank to confirm your seat in first round itself.

The minimum marks you are required to get into VJTI in 2nd year lateral entry is 60% in your Diploma. Admission will be based on availability of seats and merit.

You can get admission for MBA, only if you are able to clear the engineering arrear before the deadline mentioned by the college. Generally, the colleges specify a particular deadline within which all important documents like all mark sheets, degree certificate, etc. Have to be submitted.

For IIT Kharagpur, you have to qualify JEE Advance, then only you will get this college.

You can't get any government college with this percentile. At least, you have more than 95 percentile.
