Hi, the minimum eligibility as per council of architecture is: Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch course. I. Qualified through the recognised aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent)
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below: (a) Secured 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination.

If you want government engineering college, then you should qualify JEE Mains. On tha basis of your class 12th only you can get private college only. Good luck.

Due to your grammatical errors in question, it's hard to understand what you are asking. Nevertheless, you can not take admission in B.Tech, if you have scored less the 60% in your class 12th. Hope this helps. And rectify your question.

The minimum eligiblity for doing MBA is a candidate must holds a Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 50% aggregates from any reputed institute and after that he have to give any of the entrance exam like CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, NMAT, CET etc.

Yes,
Sikkim Manipal is good college for doing B.Tech, if you are not getting any good college. But, go for CSE if you are interested in coding because in other branch don't expect good placement.

Hi anand, Yes, you will get admission in nsit Delhi through JEE Mains counselling. THE COUNSELLING PROCESS WILL START IN SECOND WEEK OF JUNE. You need to select this college at the time of counselling through JoSAA portal. Best of luck.
