No doubt, every IITs and NITs are best for each engineering courses. However not everyone is able to secure a good rank for these colleges for admission. So he turns towards the other state government. Or private engineering colleges. Few of them can be the following.
1. Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal
2. SRM-IST, Chennai
3. Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala
4. Delhi Technological University, Delhi

It will be difficult to get BIT-Mesra with this score. Generally, the JEE Main cut off rank is under 50000. You can check the below link for other colleges based on your score. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor.

Hi,
Yes, you can get admission in CUSAT with this rank in the entrance exam. You should apply for applied economics. Most probably in second round, you will get a seat in this college. Best of luck.

Yes, there are plenty of options apart from Engineering. If one has a good drawing skills and imagination than Architecture and Designing is a good course to opt for. Fashion Designing, Constructional designing and planning are good options. If one has good acting and speaking skills than one can go for Bachelors in Mass Communication. If one is looking for career in research than mastery in PCM is required, so Bachelors in Science is required followed by Master's degree. You can also refer the below link for exploring the different career options after class 12th - https://www.shiksha.com/courses-after-12th/arts.
