Yes, they can easily apply for that. JEE Mains for students from foreign http://bit.ly/2WdXJql is easy now. As per the JEE Mains Eligibility Criteria, the candidates appearing and qualifying the 12th or equivalent examination from the recognised boards and universities are considered eligible for Mains Exam. For foreign candidates, then can contact foreign universities. I am sharing some foreign equivalent exams.

To be very honest, it is again a low standard university. The exams comes out of scope many a times, teachers teach in their local language and expect you to understand it at the same time thinking this is not an engineering college but a Punjab literature college and the same old concept prevails the more you write the more marks you will get.

Computer science eligibility- Aspiring students should have completed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with chemistry, physics, and English. Those who have 3 years Diploma Course after S. C. or Intermediate Commerce or Arts Examination are also eligible.

At least 97.3 percentile is required for admission to CSE in IIIT Pune and atleast 96.9 percentile for ECE.

CRL rank is general rank (unreserved category) I. e. all India rank while gen-EWS is a reserved category (10 %). EWS stands for economically weaker section in general category.

From this year only, admission in BIT Sindri will be done via NTA I. e. JEE Mains marks will be considered. Therefore, without any round of JoSAA counselling, it is nearly impossible to judge the cutoff. However, if your rank is below 50K in JEE Mains general category then there is quite a good chance for you to get a seat.
