It will be a very good idea, if you go for Diploma first, then engineering in the same discipline, then post graduation in weapon engineering. Yes, it is possible and many people follow this trend. You can follow this. After completing these all courses, you will easily get a job. Best of luck.

BC stands for Backward Classes and OBC stands for Other Backward Classes. Government gives more reservation to BC than OBC. Otherwise, the privilege given to both communities are same in our society. Second thing there are two options in it type 1 and type 2. if you have selected type 1 then it will be treated as general and type 2 as obc. If its showing general then you can't apply for IIT as you are not eligible for JEE advance because you haven't cleared the cut-off.

NIFT is not a very good college, it is just a government college with some basic facilities. If you are getting any better NIT than it then go for it. Else NIFT is better than private colleges.
