Yes, you can take admission in JNTUA with GATE score. There is no problem. GATE score is eligible for all engineering colleges for doing M.Tech.

I am sorry but at this rank you are not getting IT in Manipal, Jaipur. If you are willing to apply from management quota or if you can give donations then yes, you can get IT or CS branch in this college.

No one can exactly say how much marks can lead to 2000 rank. Because every time the paper difficulty changes and even the students who write the exam changes. So, I can say that it would be good if you perform the best in AUEET you can get as low rank as possible and can get admission in Andhra University.
