The placement scenario is good in NIT Puducherry. You can expect placement in top IT companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini etc. These companies visit the campus and allow all the students to seat in the placement. Best of luck.

Hi,
The minimum qualification required for entry into. Ed. course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks or at least 55% marks in Bachelor in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics or with any other equivalent degree are eligible to apply. No, you can't get admission.

Hi Visweswara,
Yes, you can get admission in this nit. But computer science engineering in first round will be difficult. So, you should apply for IT, electronics, electrical, civil also. But in second or third round, you may get computer science engineering.

Hi Rohit,
Lateral entry means, you have already completed your Diploma. Instead of four years, you will get a engineering degree in just three years. You will get admission directly in second year. That's it.
