Rohit, yes you can do BCA. Although some colleges prefer students with maths in class 12th, yet some college take students from PCB with computer as well. If you are really passionate about BCA go for it and search for the right college as per your requirement.

JAYPEE is one of the best engineering college in India. JAYPEE is one of the few private college which better than nits and some of IITS college. Most important thing about JAYPEE is placement is very good. JAYPEE is heaven for students who want to study CS engineering. JAYPEE take admission on basis of JEE Main rank. Previous year cut off for CS is from 19000AIR to 44000AIR. The highest package is 48 Lacs in 2017 and average is 5lakh. Big companies like AMAZON, SNAPDEAL, and DELLOITE came for placement. You have not mentioned whether it is JEE Main or WBJEE rank. In case of JEE Main you can easily get admission with this rank. However, you will not get a seat in CSE with this rank in WBJEE in Heritage Institute of Technology.

Yes, you can get seat in Sastra, but you cannot get branches like CSE. You can get other branches like ECE or EEE.
