It is nearly impossible to get a seat in Government College in ECE branch at this rank. It is better you can try for Banasthali Vidyapith College. Form fill up date is upto 15th May, better to try for that.

You have really good scores and hence there are good amount of chances for you to get into SSN . If you go through TNEA Anna University counseling only your board exam scores will be considered and if you go via management, then both your JEE as well as board exam scores will he considered.
