It depends on various situations. It may take up to one week for the completion of the first round. So generally gap is of one week. You just need to wait for the second round once you have filled up the counselling form for the first round.

Chances are very low, but you should participate till the last round of the counselling, as low rankers also get NIT in spot round or last round of the counselling. To know other possible colleges with your score, please click on the link below:

I am sure with this percentile you will get admission in your desired institute. But are you not underestimating your self? Dream big. Dream of doing CSE in IIT, Mumbai. For government colleges (except Jadavpur University), you need to score 45% in class 12th, for general category, and 40% for reserved category candidate. But, you will get a lot of private engineering Colleges.
