You can get Aeronautical, Automobile, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Civil, EEE, ICE, Mechatronics and PMT. For mechanical, you're on the edge. You might just get but may be in the last rounds. Other branches like CSE, IT, CCE and ECE may be quite difficult with this score. Still, you can try once.
Do not completely rely on this answer as this answer is based on comments and reviews I got from my friends who were at this stage 2 years ago, so maybe the pattern has changed this year.

It will be difficult to get into DAIICT/PDPU/NIRMA. Generally, the cutoff is under AIR-20000 for these institutes. You can check other engineering institutes at the below link -

Hi BOMMAGANI,
As you have scored 95.06 percentile in JEE Mains exam and your all India rank is 55000 and category rank is 14000, so you are eligible to take admission in nits, but you need to participate in the counselling process until the last round.

Hi Sreenu,
Closing rank varies for different NIT colleges, You may get top NITs but you have to compromise with branch (like Chemical, Biotech. , Mining, Metallurgy, etc.). If your rank is not so good but if you are looking for normal NITs then it will be best for you, even you can get CSE in some NITs. Your branch selection depends on you but if you tell me your HS name then it will be more profitable to you. Also, I'll be able to inform you more.

Nowadays, most of the IT sector companies and even financial sector companies are focusing more on newer technologies. Skills like Artificial Intelligence, Robot Process Automation and Machine Learning are in demand. B.Tech in Electronics and Communication gives you ample opportunities to jump in these skills. B.Arch will make you skilled in niche area of architecture and if you are a master in this than your market value will be very high. Both courses are having respective advantages. In my view, out of the two B.Tech in electronics and communication from private institute is better.
