Hello, You did not mention the college name in which you are looking for Admission. But as your rank is 25138 so you will get government college except NITs and IIITs. Also for information you can dircetly visit the college website.

Yes, you may get admission in VJTI.
On the basis of your JEE Mains percentile, there may be chances of getting a seat in computer science engineering in VJTI.

It would be difficult for you, as jobs that require you to have a minimum percentage in 12th would not consider you for the job. However, keep trying you may secure a job.

It is around 3 lacs per annum including hostel and mess charges.

As you have scored 55% in graduation, so it will be difficult for you to get admission in any good colleges for MS in foreign. Still you can try through management quota.
