Biotechnology is a growing field and too much to ask for placement even in top colleges like IITs. So, certainly placement thought is either a fake or a bluff, but if you are paying that punt try to go for colleges in Bangalore or Pune and seek non biotech branches, through management quota
and Don't do dual degree, if not from a very good college.

Yes, that is called management entrance. You need to pay a good amount of donation and get admission. Choose a better college to make that amount worth it.

You won't get any seat in Andhra University with that rank, as it requires very good rank to get seat but you didn't get the rank that is eligible to get seat in AU. All the best.
